Agreement to Terms

By using Line's website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please discontinue use.

Services

Line provides AI-powered tools for hospitality properties to manage inquiries and bookings. Trial services are offered "as is," without warranties.

Accounts and Access

You may need to provide accurate information for onboarding. You're responsible for maintaining access security.

Property Data and Content

You own all property data you share. You grant Line a limited license to use it only to train and operate your AI agent.

Payments and Trials

Pro plans include a 60-day free trial, which begins after onboarding and initial training. No credit card is required to begin. Billing starts only after the trial unless canceled.

Intellectual Property

All Line branding, software, and documentation are owned by Line, Inc. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Line isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service anytime.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
