How long does it take to get started?

Timelines depend on your team's input and materials. Once onboarding begins, we'll work closely with you and aim to have your agent ready for deployment within 30 days.

What is the setup process?

We handle the heavy lifting. During setup, our team works closely with you to understand your property's goals, details, and workflows. You'll share information such as spaces, pricing, FAQs, tone, and policies, and we use this to train and refine your agent together.

Is there a free version?

No, not yet. Today, every plan includes hands-on onboarding and starts with a free consultation call.

How do setup fees work?

Core includes a $500 refundable setup fee. If you do not deploy your agent or are not satisfied after training, the fee is refunded. Pro includes a $5,000 non-refundable setup fee which covers the depth of the engagement and onsite training.

Do you offer analytics or reporting?
